The Silver Queen Gondola Plaque (Aspen Mountain)

The Silver Queen Gondola Plaque is near the base of the Gondola on Aspen Mountain. It was "dedicated January 10, 1987 on Aspen's 40th anniversary as a ski resort." It states that it is "the world's greatest vertical rise single stage gondola." Among the names listed at the bottom of the plaque are Marvin Davis and the Crown Family.
