The Cheryl Lynch Bench and Plaque (Snowmass)

This memorial bench and plaque is located just steps from the snow near the Westin Hotel in Snowmass Village.  The photos below were taken on April 3, 2018 during the week of the National Disabled Veterans Winter Sports Clinic in Snowmass Village (https://www.wintersportsclinic.org/).  I am assuming that "WSC" is an abbreviation for Winter Sports Clinic and "TBI" an abbreviation for Traumatic Brain Injury.
