The Norris Hill Memorial Bench (Snowmass)

Norris Hill was killed in an automobile accident on Castle Creek Road in 1997.  His memorial bench is located near the Bear Bottom run on Snowmass, and those who sit there have a beautiful view of the wall.  On the seatback of the bench, the following appears:  "In memory of Norris Hill who loved to ski the wall."  Photos of the bench are below.  All photos were taken in February 2011, except that the last four photos were taken in August 2011.
